Rates and Reservations

Dates of Rates Season 2008

	On Season:	June 27th through August 23th
	Mid Season:	June 13 through June 26th August 24th through September 13th
	Off Season:	May 16th through June 12th September 14th through Closing
	Exceptions to seasonal rates:
	Memorial Day (Monday, May 26, 2008) Labor Day (Monday, September 1, 2008) Columbus Day (Monday, October 13, 2008) Holiday weekends

Rates Based on Double Occupancy

	Additional Adults, add $15.00
	Additional Children (14 & under), add $10.00

Reservations

	The Surfcomber is rated 3 Diamond by AAA.
	Mastercard, Visa and Discover accepted.
	We are NOT currently accepting online reservations.
	Please call our front office to reserve or inquire about reservations anytime April 1st through closing.
	Reservations accepted daily between 9am and 9pm, April 1st through closing.
	The Surfcomber requests that reservations be accompanied by a deposit of approximately 1/3 of the total rental fee with the balance due on arrival.
	Telephone reservations will be held for no longer than 7 days pending receipt of deposit. Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received 10 days in advance of scheduled arrival.

Cancellations

	Cancellations subject to a $10 service charge.
	Cancellations subject to 10 days notice. If a cancellation is made on shorter notice, or if a guest should find it necessary to leave the Surfcomber before expiration of the period reserved, refunds will be granted if The Surfcomber is able to re-rent the unit for the entire time reserved.
